A sharp kitchen knife is the most important tool for a master chef – as unique in its use as the art on their skin.
Together with Paride Giuri, we have developed a bespoke knife design – in collaboration with the tattoo artists at Gold & Silver Tattoo Studio in Schwäbisch Gmünd.
A work of art for the blade – immortalised as a razor-sharp tattoo.
He was particularly impressed by the blades from Coltelleria Saladini in Scarperia (Italy).

Meta Hiltebrand – an artist in both visual and culinary terms. Inspiring, independent and with a strong personality. She was ultimately the one who brought us together with Paride Giuri.
Last year, we had the opportunity to develop a bespoke blade design for Meta. The result was an iconic and alluring motif.
It is thanks to her personal recommendation that we have been able to continue this creative collaboration with Paride Giuri. We are very grateful to her for that.

Davos – Origins and Formative Influences
Davos, the home of Paride Giuri, is far more than just a hotspot for the rich and famous.
Born and raised in one of the world’s most glamorous ski resorts, Paride is the son of parents from southern Italy who sought their fortune in Switzerland in the 1970s.
What started as a single season turned into a lifetime – and eventually the story of a family.
Why Davos?
It wasn’t just economic factors that played a part, but also the quality of life and prospects for a family.
Paride now lives in Zurich with his wife and young daughter – but continues to work in Davos on a seasonal basis
