We at TYPEMYKNIFE® have developed this beautiful kitchen knife for Andreas Widmann and his Widmann’s Alb.leben restaurant and cooking school.
We used the three icons of his philosophy as a design template. A cow’s head, an ear of corn and a plate on which the creativity of Widmann’s culinary art is served.
On the right side of the blade, Thomas Raschke designed one according to the wishes of Andreas Widmann,
A juniper bush, a symbol of the typical barren Alb landscape of juniper meadows. Alb lentils are part of one of the most important Swabian dishes and meadow orchards for the fruity variety of unique cultural landscapes.
A rough and partly barren region with its very special charms. All this can be found at Andreas Widmann’s Alb.leben developed and refined to perfection.
We at TYPEMYKNIFE are particularly pleased that, in cooperation with the Giesser company, we were able to equip his cooking school with unique kitchen knives. The Andreas Widmann knife set from the Giesser knife manufactory in Winnenden near Stuttgart.
