General shipping information:
Our products are not mass-produced and are very often made by hand in small factories. These manufacturers always try to provide us with a prompt delivery as quickly as possible. This can also lead to delays in the delivery process.
We have a delivery time of up to 14 working days for our individualized knives that we process using our laser technology. If delivery of your customized knife is not possible earlier than approx. 14 working days, we will contact you. If a knife manufacturer is currently no longer able to deliver your desired goods, we will suggest a replacement, or you can grant us more time, or you can of course withdraw from the purchase.
If the processing of a customized knife with a laser design is very urgent or you have deadline problems, please send us an e-mail. We will do everything we can to make your wish come true as quickly as possible. Please contact us via email at order@typemyknife.com
DHL:
We ship within the European Union and worldwide with the shipping service provider DHL and a shipment tracking system.
Standard delivery times within Europe are in the range of 2-5 working days. These are non-binding guide values for which we cannot provide any guarantee. For shipments outside Europe, delivery times of up to 4 weeks from the date of dispatch from Schwäbisch Gmünd Germany are possible
Express delivery.
For express delivery, please contact us and we will try to send your parcel worldwide as quickly as possible. Please use our contact form on the H-Page or send us an e-mail to order@typemyknife.com
Any special costs for express delivery shall be borne by you and will be charged separately.

Taxes and customs duties
In general, please note that if you are ordering from a non-EU country and you wish to have your goods delivered there, you will have to expect customs duties and taxes. These fees are your responsibility. These fees are neither included in the product price nor in the shipping costs and are due upon acceptance of the delivery.
