This is a Chef's knife from Claude Dozorme from the series Haute Cuisine,
with a Tropical wood - 2 stainless steel rivets.'
The Manufacture began in 1902 in la Monnerie near Thiers Auvergne, the heart of blade production in France
Blaise D. was a master at handling steel and used this know-how to start a small cutlery factory.
His manual skills and entrepreneurial spirit earned him the nickname “the wolf”, which is still reflected in the company logo today.
In the 1970s, Claude D. took over the management of the company and invested in machines and tools to develop his own product line. With his commitment, he achieves the Maître Artisan Coutelier d’Auvergne award.
In 1991, the daughter Claudine D. took over the company, which is still family-run today. Claudine was awarded the Order of Merit of the Legion of Honor for dynamism and creativity.
To this day, he manages and designs the knife manufacturer Claude Dozorme with a great deal of esprit and charm.
The Exotique kitchen knives ( >Video) are a beautiful symbiosis of functionality and design.
