Dominik Hohl and his knife design are shaped by his job as a meat sommelier and butcher. His label Hohl on Flame, as well as a declaration of love for meat.
The passion for hunting and processing into exquisite products from the local wildlife.
We have compiled his design based on his submitted wishes and conversations. We have redrawn the hunting scene for him. Does he have 2 dogs himself, which he always goes on a hunt with.
The logo of his friends from Jagdstolz with his icon in the boar motif.
The designs were coordinated with him and then prepared for our laser technology in the further process .
The kitchen knife Dominik Hohl chose is the best German quality work from the Johannes Giesser knife factory in Winnenden. A classic chef’s knife shape from the Best Cut series with an olive wood handle.
The blade steel consists of X55CRMov15 carbon steel, drop-forged and achieves a hardness of 56-57°HRC.
The knife has a 20 cm blade and features an olive wood handle with a strong grip.
