The left side of the blade features a melange of a Celtic tree of life and runic designs. On the right side of the blade, a sensually beguiling mermaid with a trident of Neptune dominates. After all, the mermaid embodies the sensuality and promise that every cook has.

The used chromium-molybdenum steel X50CrMo14 comes from selected European steel manufacturers. It is hardened to 57+1 HRC in a vacuum process at 1050° Celsius and pre-ground fully automatically. A polishing system ensures a smooth, flawless surface.
