The used chromium-molybdenum steel X50CrMo14 comes from selected European steel manufacturers. It is hardened to 57+1 HRC in a vacuum process at 1050° Celsius and pre-ground fully automatically. A polishing system ensures a smooth, flawless surface.
The hand sharpening is carried out by very experienced grinders, in accordance with the company’s high quality standards.
The last step is the branding. The handle offers perfect ergonomics and non-slip properties. It is pressed seamlessly onto the continuous tang with stainless steel rivets and sealed tightly. The handle thus meets the highest hygienic standards.
